Questions worth asking it
- Who hasn't taken any leave? Nobody booking time off is a burnout signal, not a productivity one.
- How much is going to be carried over? Check this a couple of months before year end, while there's still time to act on it.
- Where are we thin? Leave concentrated in one department and one week is a capacity problem worth catching early.
