What's on it
Calendar shows approved leave for everyone, alongside public holidays for each location. Filter by department or location to cut it down to the people you actually work with.
Requests appear once approved
Pending requests don't show on the calendar — only approved ones. If someone's expected time off is missing, the most likely reason is that it's still waiting on a decision.
Seeing it elsewhere
Two ways to get the calendar in front of people who won't open Cabana:
- Subscribe to the feed from Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Turn on Slack announcements for a daily or weekly summary in a channel.
