In the app
Balances shows every leave type you're eligible for, broken into what you were entitled to, what you've accrued, what carried over, what you've used, and what's currently pending.
In Slack
Type /pto with nothing after it, or /pto balance. Cabana replies privately — only you see it — with one line per leave type for the current year.
Unlimited leave types
If a leave type is set to unlimited, there's no remaining figure to show. Instead Cabana reports how many days you've taken so far this year, plus anything pending, and a suggested annual target if your admin has set one.
