Setting them up
Go to Settings → Holidays to manage holiday calendars. Each one is tied to a location, so a team split across countries gets the right days off in the right places.
Why it matters
Holidays are excluded from day calculations. If someone books the week containing a public holiday, that day isn't deducted from their balance — the request costs four days, not five. Get these in before people start booking and you avoid a run of corrections later.
