How to cancel
Open the request from Requests and choose to cancel it. This works whether the request is still pending or has already been approved.
What happens to your balance
- Canceling a pending request releases the reserved days back to you.
- Canceling an approved request restores the used days to your balance.
Either way the days come back, and you disappear from the team calendar for those dates.
