How it works
When a request needs your decision, the notification email includes Approve and Deny links. Clicking one records your decision immediately — you don't need to sign in, and you don't need the app installed.
Why it's safe
Each link carries a single-purpose token tied to that one request and that one action. A link that approves Tuesday's request can't be reused to approve anything else, and it stops working once the request has been decided.
